Joseph Gatto is a member of the NAMI Board of Directors and the Managing Partner of Orient Point Partners, LLC and served as the President of NAMI Connecticut. He was introduced to NAMI almost 10 years ago following the hospitalization of a family member. He has worked to strengthen communication and best practices across the NAMI network, and with partners, better serve our mission and strategic plan. Alongside his work with NAMI, he has studied neuroscience, mood disorders and psychopharmacology as a 2018 Advanced Leadership Fellow at Harvard University.

He earned his BA from Princeton University, and his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.

For the 2022-2023 Board year, he serves on the Finance & Audit Committee, the Research, Support & Education Committee and Youth & Young Adults Mental Health Outreach Workgroup.
